• Provide professional massage, facial, and body treatments based on spa standards and client needs.
• Ensure proper consultation before each service to identify client preferences and health conditions.
• Customize treatments when necessary while maintaining service protocols.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Ensure clients feel comfortable, safe, and well-informed during their spa experience.
• Offer product and service recommendations based on client concerns.

Qualification:

• Graduate of a recognized Massage Therapy or Wellness Program.
• With valid TESDA NC-II Certificate (Massage Therapy) or equivalent (if applicable).
• At least 1 year experience as a therapist (spa, wellness, or hotel).
• Knowledge of different massage techniques (Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, etc.).
