The Group Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the overall operations and sales performance. This role ensures that the branch meets its sales targets, maintains operational efficiency, and delivers excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have a strong sales background in the automotive industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed group sales targets.
• Review branch performance reports and provide direction or corrective action plans to improve results.
• Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate operations, sales performance, and customer experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate Branch and Sales Managers to drive productivity and maintain high performance.
• Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional programs across all branches.
• Oversee vehicle inventory management and coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams.
• Foster a culture of customer focus, professionalism, and operational excellence within all retail outlets.
• Prepare and present business reviews, sales analysis, and performance reports to top management.

Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Group Retail Manager (or equivalent leadership role) in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales operations and customer relationship management.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willing to travel to various branch locations as needed.
