Job Title: Showroom Manager

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 per month

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and experience in the sanitary wares and products industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily showroom operations while maintaining high customer service standards
• Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and mentor showroom staff to achieve performance targets
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to improve showroom performance
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; handle issues promptly and professionally
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, inventory status, and customer feedback

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience in the sanitary wares and products industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly customer-oriented with a focus on satisfaction and retention
• Proven experience in inventory management and sales reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an advantage
