·      Project Management of Exclusive Store, SIS/Corner proposals, Design Stage, Costing, Bidding, Construction, and Opening

·      Handles all legal documents in BPM System prior exclusive store construction ·      Project management of Shop Expansion by checking the asset saturation per location and asset distribution nationwide

·      Project management of Shop Expansion such as mapping, quantity, and budget proposal

·      Asset management monitoring such as Exclusive store, SIS/Corner, Stand Alone Modules, Signage, Laptop Stand, and NB Locks

·      Project management of Store merchandising, store coverage, visiting frequency, people staffing and strategic distribution

·      Retail Operation online data, e-Sales, & Channel Map management of retail assets ·      Management of Retail Operation Budget, Post-Events, Project Management, and Marketing claims

Admin Works

·      Channel Marketing budget management and execution

·      Identifies areas of improvements, adjust and innovates existing work procedures and practices

·      Coordination with marketing department and channel sales on any related matter in relation to retail

·      Lead, guide, and mentor team members for the assigned workload based on staff level.
