Locations: Mandaue, Cebu City

Industry: FMCG (Detergent, Bleach, Household Care)

Salary Range: ₱100,000 – ₱150,000/month

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO or executive leadership team
• Manage and prioritize top-level initiatives and projects to support organizational goals
• Facilitate communication and coordination across departments and with external partners
• Oversee the implementation of key organizational strategies and ensure timely execution
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefs for executive meetings
• Monitor, analyze, and report on organizational performance using SAP and other data sources
• Provide pertinent reports and insights derived from SAP to support decision-making processes
• Access and manage SAP systems to retrieve, compile, and interpret data relevant to business operations
• Liaise with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Support leadership in strategic planning, trend analysis, and process improvements

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior management, strategic, or operational role
• Proficiency in SAP and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable reports
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
