Student Intern - HR Department

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Student Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers valuable exposure to the HR field, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to contribute to various HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
  • Help maintain and update employee records in HR software and databases.
  • Assist with organizing employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects (e.g., benefits administration, employee engagement surveys).
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, or relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and contribute.

This internship is part-time, in-office/onsite, and offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in the HR field.

Office hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Allowance for interns will also be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php100.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
