Responsibilities

• Maintenance supervisor for cement bulk and cargo is responsible for overseeing the repair of a fleet of vehicles.
• Ensuring they are in safe and optimal working condition.
• This role involves supervising team of maintenance technicians, scheduling preventive maintenance, trouble shooting issues, and managing part inventory.
• They also ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
• Several years (3 to 5 of experience in building, equipment, or facility maintenance
• Strong trouble shooting and problem solving abilities
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a maintenance team
• Good communication skills for coordinating with staff, contractors and management.
• Have experience in heavy equipment, truck and cargo
