  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
  • Provide guidance and training to accounting staff to enhance their performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA is a must
  • Proven experience in an accounting supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
