Key Responsibilities

• Contract management: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating logistics service contracts, engineering contracts, etc.
• Specialized legal support: handling legal issues in logistics operations and engineering projects
• Compliance management: Ensure that the company's business complies with the requirements of Philippine laws and regulations
• Dispute resolution: handling commercial disputes, engineering contract disputes and logistics claims
• Corporate governance: support corporate governance affairs and daily legal advice
• Cross-departmental collaboration: work closely with business, operations, engineering and other departments

• Proficient in the Philippine legal system
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Chinese proficiency is a significant advantage

• Philippine Citizens
• Graduated from an accredited law school in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Laws degree
• Possess a valid Philippine lawyer's license
• Age: 30-40 years old

Core Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a well-known law firm or a large corporate legal department
• Logistics/supply chain legal experience preferred
• Engineering/project legal experience is preferred
• Extensive experience in complex contracts
• Practical experience in dispute resolution
