Location: Dumaguete Public Pools & Home Pools

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Fixed Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or Flexible Schedule with a minimum of 4 hours per day)

We Management OPC, under Project Swim, is seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Swimming Tutors. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates who have a passion for swimming and enjoy working with people of all skill levels. Whether you prefer a fixed schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) or a flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours per day, we offer opportunities that fit your availability. You will work at various locations, including Cebu public pools or clients’ home pools in areas around Dumaguete City.

• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals or groups.
• Ensure the safety of all students during lessons, maintaining a watchful eye and adhering to safety protocols.
• Motivate and guide students to develop confidence and improve their swimming abilities.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining training equipment and pool facilities.
• Provide progress reports and feedback to students and/or their guardians.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive environment for all students.
• Adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and progress.

Requirements:

• Confidence in swimming and a positive attitude towards teaching others.
• Good communication skills in English or Filipino.
• Willingness to undergo training to enhance teaching skills and swimming techniques.
• Ability to work around different locations (Dumaguete public pools or client home pools).
• Flexibility in work schedule, with options for both fixed hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and flexible timing (minimum 4 hours per day).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a varsity swimmer or involvement in competitive swimming.
• Educational background in BSED (Bachelor of Secondary Education) or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in coaching, teaching, or working with any individual.
