As a System Support Analyst at PRL SpeedUp Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's technology infrastructure. Working within a dynamic and technology-driven environment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our internal teams, identifying and resolving technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems. This full-time, on-site position is based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila.

• Performing support and troubleshooting to difference cloud platform (Office365, Azure)
• Manage capacity planning to all services, employing industry and best practices for storage, back up, patching, security and disaster recovery.
• Manage Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS Server, POS Server) using Hyper V.
• Basic knowledge in Data Coding
• Maintaining data storage, data store, Cluster Environment.
• Assist Store employee by performing analysis of various issues relating to LANs, WANs, desktop computers, Internet connectivity and the installation of hardware and software
• Ensure CCTV systems are operational and recording properly.
• Provide remote support of related hardware components including integrated card readers, POS terminals, self-service Kiosks and associated peripherals

Requirements

• 3-5 years Windows Servers experience (Setup, Configurations and Maintenance)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Good understanding of Group Policy and Active Directory services
• A proven track record of developing and implementing IT system strategy and plans
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, NAS storage, data protection, and disaster recovery
• System Administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, Cloud platform or equivalent is a plus
• Good communication and analytical Skills
