Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field and 7+ years of relevant work experience

•Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology

•Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

•Good understanding on Automation Testing concepts. The candidate should be able to implement automation strategy.

•Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches

•Experience in Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at scripting/coding level

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•Experience and knowledge of Azure DevOps or any relevant defect management tool and CI/CD.

•Proficiency managing/implementing Control Version xml and json knowledge are a plus Implement automation strategy and guide the team

•Self –starter, with the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, rapid change and diverse technologies.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Database testing

•Data Testing Management

•Ability to understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams

•Experience in supporting medium to high size complexities

•Nice to have localization / translation testing experience as well as knowledge on performance testing concepts.

•Good knowledge of KPIs and metrics

•Experience in customer facing roles

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end design, development, and testing of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Develop, implement, and optimize automation frameworks across UI, API, and backend integration layers.

- Define and execute automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery within Agile and CI/CD pipelines.

- Manage and monitor test execution, defect tracking, and resolution using tools like Azure DevOps or equivalent.

- Conduct database and data integrity testing, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across environments.

- Drive quality initiatives by defining and tracking KPIs and metrics related to testing performance and delivery.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in test automation and development practices.

- Ensure continuous improvement of development and testing processes, tools, and frameworks.

- Support customer-facing activities by providing technical insights, issue resolution, and status reporting.

- Adapt to evolving technologies and priorities in a fast-paced, global work environment.
