We’re looking for Systems Engineer L2 who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer success across our Public and Multi-Cloud offerings.

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll work closely with senior engineers to implement and manage cloud systems within our Managed Service Framework, supporting critical operations for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Level 2 systems support for Managed Public Cloud services.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure.
• Implement technical change requests and maintain operational documentation.
• Configure environments using ClickOps, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) following DevOps best practices.
• Communicate clearly with customers and deliver timely updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ year's experience in Azure infrastructure management.
• Has Azure project experience.
• Strong experience using in Python or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, general infrastructure, scripting, and automation.
• Familiarity with GitOps, DevOps processes, and ITIL framework.
• Has experience in a Managed Services Provider environment.
