• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and other system integration devices.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation.
• Support project implementation, coordinate with project teams, and ensure timely completion of installations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, system logs, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain equipment inventory, spare parts, and technical resources.
• Collaborate with technical, project management, and procurement teams to ensure seamless system deployment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all installations and services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system operations and maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies, devices, and system integration practices.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or non-graduate with strong technical knowledge in electronics, IT, or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in security system installation or maintenance is a plus; applicants with strong knowledge are welcome.
• Experience in CCTV, access control, networking, or working on construction/industrial sites is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel to project locations as required.
