• In charge in overall hiring

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.

• Collaborate with TA manager to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, job fair events, and employee/client referrals

• Assist walk in applicants 

• Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews

• Responsible for overviewing qualified candidates before sending to Clients.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually improve recruitment strategies

-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, BSBA or any equivalent

-Good communication skills

-Keen to details

-With at least 1 year experience

-Proficient with Microsoft Offices

-Willing to do fieldwork

-Willing to start ASAP
