Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Ensure job descriptions are accurate, updated, and in compliance with employment laws.
Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed of the status of their application.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
