We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate with experience in technical or IT recruitment to join our growing team. This role will support end-to-end hiring activities, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
• Source and attract top technical talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
• Recruit and pre-screen candidates for various technical roles such as Developers, QA, Infrastructure, and Data-related positions.
• Conduct initial talent acquisition screenings and assess candidate qualifications based on role requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, hiring updates, and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, tech stacks, and current hiring trends.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Talentlyft, JobStreet, and similar platforms.
• Experience supporting global or cross-functional hiring is an advantage.
