Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process for multiple roles across various departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring that hiring timelines and goals are met.

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment preferably in a project-based or contract role
Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment in niche roles, specifically in IT/IT Solutions Integrator Industries.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and interview techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in using recruitment tools is an advantage, but not required.
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field is a plus.
