URGENT HIRING: Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite | Day Shift

Duration: 6 Months

We’re urgently hiring 2 Talent Acquisition Associates to support our client HR team!

What you'll do:

• Support end-to-end recruitment for Patient Care Services roles (Staff Nurse, Admin Assistant, Technician).
• Assist in sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment reporting.
• Handle onboarding and employee records management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Able to handle high-volume recruitment and work collaboratively.
