• Creating job descriptions and requirements and determining future hiring requirements.
• Working together to create a uniform set of requirements with department managers.
• Attracting qualified applicants via social media, online job boards, databases, rtc. .
• Interviewing candidates and selecting the best candidates for available openings.
• Evaluating candidates experience,education,and abilities to determine which ones best fit available vacancies.
• Filling out new employment paperwork.
• Highlighting the company's standing and appeal as a desirable place to work. 
• Providing team managers with recruitment report. 

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's degree in human resources or any related business course. 
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to assign in Makati City.
• Willing to do field recruitment activities.
• Has own motorcycle
