  • Source and attract potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to enhance the hiring process.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using recruitment software and job boards.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
