Meadow Manufacturing Corporation, am affiliate of Marigold Manufacturing Corporation is in search of HR Recruitment Associate.

The HR Recruitment Associate shall be in charge of recruitment activities; to source most qualified candidates utilizing all media available; from various job boards including posting in other free accounts, networking with government agencies, schools and participation in job fairs.

The post's selection function involves compliance with strict qualification standards for every post, careful review of resumes, first screening and interview of applicants, conduct of allowed personality and other profiling tests, do background checks, preparation of assessment reports, endorsements to hiring manager as well as assistance in processing of pre-employment requirements, conduct of company orientation and engaging employee on-boarding.

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related field.
• With at least 1 to 2 years of actual end to end recruitment and selection responsibilities.
• Have managed implementing selection tests and their interpretation.
• Must be very sociable and have developed extensive network in recruitment.
• Must be able to prepare acceptable candidate assessment reports.
• Must be very confident for interview and on-boarding responsibilities.
• Can work on-site in Jenny's Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City.

Note: Entry salary is dependent on observable competencies.
