We are looking for a highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and employer branding. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
• Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews using structured guide questions and assessment tools
• Perform market research and talent mapping to identify and engage with top talent across industries
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement
• Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
• Manage and oversee recruitment reporting, analytics, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in recruitment, with exposure to strategic hiring for specialize and high-level positions
• Experience in conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews using structured guide questions and assessment tools
• Strong experience in both in-house and agency recruitment is a plus
• Background in Real Estate or FMCG sectors is preferred but not required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and market research platforms
