About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment and onboarding operations. You will handle administrative tasks, document verification, and onboarding coordination while maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.

Duration: 5 months

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO in Eastwood)

Work Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Verify, collect, and archive required employment forms and documents.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for US-based employees regarding onboarding and administrative inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
• Assist in general administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance and smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
• Exposure to US-based clients or US employment processes is preferred.
• Recruitment experience in an RPO or BPO environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, Bullhorn, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), especially when interacting with US stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support US time zones.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
