The Talent & Culture Specialist plays a key role in shaping OCE’s teams and attracting talented individuals who will contribute to our mission of Promoting Global Transformation (GX).

Talent: The T&C Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and selecting talented individuals to join One Coin English, ensuring they can thrive and make a meaningful impact within our community.


Culture: The T&C Specialist serves as a role model of OCE’s five core values—See Beyond the Surface, Be the Change, Act with Integrity, Unite in Individuality, and Expand Horizons. Beyond embodying these values, the Specialist actively promotes them through supportive actions and initiatives that enhance the experience of both current and new team members.


Main Responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing and increasing the candidate pool (Including marketing, SEO, and website-related tasks)
  • Conducting the hiring program for new graduate recruitment
  • Design organizational structure based on talent management principles
  • Optimize hiring criteria and selection process
  • Standardize interviews, evaluation criteria, and training
  • Increasing the stay time of early leavers
  • Create and form relationships with other businesses related to recruitment activities
  • Conducting interviews for part-time and full-time positions
  • Reporting KPI and other key data to Managers as well as other stakeholders
  • Conduct monthly Onboarding for new employees
  • Training other departments in areas such as interviewing, company culture, VMV (Vision-Mission-Values), company policies, etc
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to implement key recruitment-related changes in the company
  • Ensure compliance with workplace standards
  • Provide benefits that support language learning and daily life needs
  • Foster a culture of psychological safety
  • Build inclusive teams that transcend nationality and background


Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Business-level Japanese (Between N1 and N2)
  • Business-level English (Around 700 is acceptable, 850 and above is ideal)
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to analyze trends and make decisions based on data
  • Communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree OR a valid visa that allows full-time work

Masa bekerja:

Sistem Flextime·Standard working hours: 11 am to 8 pm. Flextime (core working time is from 1 pm to 5 pm) and 1-day a week remote work allowed after trial period.
