POSITION TITLE: Talent Acquisition Lead 

WORK LOCATION: BGC, Taguig City, Philippines (On-site) 

SALARY RANGE: PHP 50-80K

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time 

WORK SHIFT: US Time Zone (PHT 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday – Friday). 

Note: Work schedule may be changed based on business needs or US time zone adjustments.


OVERVIEW:

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for driving the hiring strategy, managing end-to-end recruitment operations, and supporting organizational development initiatives. This role requires a data-driven leader who ensures a high-quality candidate experience, efficient workflows, and strong alignment between business needs and workforce planning to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Implement best practices in talent sourcing, pipeline management, and role-specific assessment.


Process Improvement & Technology

  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improved workflows across recruitment and HR operations.
  • Oversee ATS management, interview scheduling automation, and document flow coordination.
  • Reduce operational inefficiencies while elevating candidate experience and internal enhancements.


Organizational Development

  • Support organizational growth by contributing to operational structures and guidelines.
  • Design and facilitate training programs to enhance recruiter capabilities (e.g., probing, negotiation, stakeholder management).
  • Lead initiatives that enhance recruiter engagement and ensure workforce planning aligns with business objectives.


Stakeholder Management & Strategy

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Align hiring strategies and outcomes with departmental needs and long-term organizational goals.
  • Address escalations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution of issues.


Analytical Decision-Making

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and HR data to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Assess hiring effectiveness and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Prepare reports and insights that support leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition leadership.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment technologies (ATS), and metrics-driven processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Development Focus: Ability to design training programs and support organizational development initiatives.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in process optimization.
