An Accounting Supervisor manages general accounting, taxation, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies. They also ensure that a company's financial records are accurate and that the company is operating within regulations. 

• Financial reporting: Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports, and ensure timely and accurate reporting 
• Budgeting: Prepare budgets, forecast revenues, and review budget proposals 
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulations 
• Audits and Taxation: Participate in regular tax audits and internal audits 
• Staff management: Manage and train accounting staff, and foster a high-performing team 
• Financial analysis: Analyze patterns, predict future trends, and make recommendations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus
