This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with tax and financial regulations through accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and successful audit management.

What is your responsibility:

1. Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting and audits

2. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with PFRS and regulatory requirement

3. Financial Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with all department

4. Financial Audit: Lead both internal and external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure adherence to financial and operational standards

5. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting and tax team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.

6. Stockholder Communication: Provide clear financial analysis and reporting to management and BOD

Who are we looking for?

• CPA certification is an advantage
• With minimum of 5 years specifically as Tax Sr. Supervisor or Manager
• Has experience handling full cycle of tax audit
• Willing to work on-site located in Manggahan, Pasig City.
