Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and café area in compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging, and report replenishment needs to the supervisor/manager.
Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and smooth operations.
Uphold Lucky Cup Coffee Café’s brand image, service quality, and operational standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Hospitality/F&B is an added advantage.
Prior experience as a barista or in F&B service is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided).
Passionate about coffee and customer service.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
