• Lead and develop engaging lesson plans and activities in alignment with educational standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior teachers and childcare staff.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 2-10.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and development.
• Conduct assessments and adjust learning strategies to meet individual children's needs.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.
• Experience Level: At least 3-6 months of experience in a lead, mentor or supervisor role.
• Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
