OVER-ALL RESPONSIBILITY:

Sales Supervisor / Team Leader is responsible for driving sales growth and Company awareness. Performs, strategic planning, Manning agency analysis, and Company’s performance Monitoring of Sales Team Leader and Sales Associates.

FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Manage the entire sales team, personal issues, including hiring and training.

 Ensure the sales team consistently achieves excellent results in promoting products or services.

 Set and manage monthly sales targets, ensuring quotas are met.

 Preparing and monitoring the team’s budget and approving expenditures such as transportation, agency representation and rebates.

 Monitor daily processes and account activities to ensure smooth operations.

 Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative metrics.

 Nurturing Relationships with Borrowers, Contact Person and Manning Agencies.

 Handling and resolving escalated customer issues with the products or customer service they receive.

 Take charge of departmental reports and actively participate in yearly strategic planning.

 Contribute innovative ideas to improve team performance and achieve company goals.

 Represent the sales team in official business and marketing activities outside the office.

 Actively participate in company activities and foster a positive team environment.

 Submit Key Result Areas (KRA) of Senior Sales Executive and Sales Executive.

 Provide direct reports to the Vice President for Business Relation and President regarding updates on sales performance.

 Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
