- Training new members of the sales team

- Analyze drivers of sales performance vs. targets (e.g., conversion rates, product mix, agent effectiveness, customer feedback) and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements

- 3 years in a Telecommunications Industry, with 2 years in Team Leader Role.

- At least years of experience in Telco internet selling (Broadband or Line)

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Good understanding of telesales and customer engagement.

- Comfortable with fieldwork including door to door selling

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Motivated and goal oriented.
