About the Role:

As a member of the Sales Team, you will have complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys daily challenges, is customer-obsessed, communicates effectively, thrives under pressure, and can problem-solve analytically.

You will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Reach out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.

● Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads.

● Collect client information necessary for job creation.

● Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Required:

● Strong time management and ability to prioritize workload effectively

● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

● Customer service excellence

● People management and leadership skills

● Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

● Above-average communication skills

● Proven sales experience (B2B sales / SaaS experience is an advantage)

Preferred:

● Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business Management, or a related field

● Experience using CRM tools
