Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master who can lead cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth Agile delivery. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—empowering developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Track and monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
• Identify and resolve impediments to ensure teams stay on track.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency within the team.
• Support multiple teams (if required) and align delivery with business objectives.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management systems.
• Proven ability to remove impediments and support team performance.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
• Experience in scaling Agile across multiple teams/projects.
• Background in software development or technical projects.
• Exposure to distributed/remote team management.
