• Promote and sell wires and cables within assigned areas to achieve sales targets and approved margins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key industry contacts to increase market presence.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements and approved pricing guidelines.
• Work with the Sales Manager/Supervisor to develop and implement sales strategies and budgets.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and collection forecasts.
• Monitor ongoing transactions and coordinate with superiors to address collection concerns.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with technical and logistics teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide regular updates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and market information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Engineering.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork.
