• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for effective after-sales support.
• Document issues and resolutions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
• Assist in the training of new team members on technical support procedures.

Must Have:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong technical aptitude to understand and diagnose customer issues.
• Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
