Position: Customer Service Representative (Voice)

Account: International Home Appliances Account

Location: Onsite – McKinley Hills, Taguig City

Schedule: Shifting schedule


Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or higher
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative in a BPO setting
  • Must have experience handling voice accounts
  • Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and local public holidays, as required
  • Must be amenable to work on-site in McKinley, Taguig City
