Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in industrial machinery, such as filling machine, sealer, mixer, sachet packing, etc.
• Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.

Installation & Maintenance

• Install and set up new packaging and processing machines at customer facilities.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure machines operate at optimal performance.
• Upgrade and modify machinery as needed to meet industry and safety standards.

Operator Training & Support

• Train machine operators and maintenance teams on proper equipment usage, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance both on-site and remotely.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed service records, including maintenance logs, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Provide recommendations for machine improvements or replacements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with packaging and processing machinery, such as filling, sealing, capping, labeling, and conveyor systems.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for installations, repairs, and training.
• Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
