The Senior Lead HVAC Technician is responsible for supervising and performing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning systems. • Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians in the installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning systems (split, VRF/VRV, package units, chillers, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system malfunctions, ensuring optimal performance.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan installations and repairs.
• Supervise and inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory codes.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and maintained properly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding project updates, issues, and solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of work performed.
