Job Description:

• The position is responsible for performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients.
• Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer’s Service Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer’s service standards.
• Provides technical support to all Departments in product demonstration.
• Performs other responsibilities to meet overall goals/objectives of the company.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
