• Diagnose and repair a variety of printers (office printer and large format printer) and printing equipment (cutter plotter, mug press, heat press).
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client issues and concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative measures on printers.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Assist customers with installation and setup of printers and related devices.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printer/technical support is a plus.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a printer technician or in a similar role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in printer repair, knowledge of small machinery, and strong customer service skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
