We’re expanding our Telecom Installation (TI) Team — 1 Team Leader + 3 Riggers across Luzon!

If you have experience in telecommunication installation, integration, and site works, we want you on board.

Team Leader

The Telco Team Leader oversees all on-site activities and serves as the primary point of contact for project management and the client.

Responsibilities:

• Project supervision: Manage the team's on-site installation, commissioning, and testing activities.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal departments such as the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Quality assurance: Check the team's work to ensure it meets both company and client standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Safety management: Ensure the team, equipment, and tools are safe on-site and enforce safety protocols, especially for working at heights.
• Reporting: Document project status, team efficiency, and site pictures for reporting to clients.
• Inventory management: Oversee the inventory of tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other equipment.
• Administrative duties: Handle site permitting and other required documentation.

Riggers (Team Members)

Telecommunications Riggers are the technical personnel who perform the hands-on installation and maintenance of telecom equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment installation: Install and repair equipment such as antennas, radios, cables, and other hardware on towers and rooftops.
• Climbing: Safely climb telecommunication towers and other tall structures to perform work at heights.
• Cabling: Handle cable installation, laying, fixing, and termination, including fiber optic, coaxial, and power cables.
• Site work: Perform associated tasks such as drilling, grounding, and minor masonry work.
• Safety compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE, to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ground support: Set up rigging systems (such as ropes, pulleys, and hoists) to lift and position heavy equipment safely.
• Inspection and maintenance: Conduct inspections and perform regular maintenance on equipment and rigging gear.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Leader and other team members to complete tasks on time.
• Documentation: Assist with capturing accurate and high-quality site pictures for project documentation.
