Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote AMAPHIL’s services.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and rapport-building.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts, call logs, and follow-up schedules.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the business dev team with interested prospects.
• Answer inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales call and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer concerns, objections, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the business development team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
• Stay updated on company services and industry trends.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year business related course.
• Eloquent with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
