• Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
• Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring proper communication of details.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, assist the clients
• Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads
• Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management on lead quality and call scripts to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or sales role preferred.
• Communication Skills: English/ Filipino verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone presence.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards targets and goals, demonstrating a strong desire to succeed.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Google MAPS and other call center tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work 100% on-site in our Mandaluyong Office
• Must be amenable to work in Monday - Sat. (8-5pm)
