The Telemarketing Officer is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, presenting company products/services, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role is focused on outbound calling, follow-ups, and client engagement to drive business growth.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients
• Promote company products/services and explain value proposition
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and sales targets
• Provide feedback to improve call scripts and telemarketing strategies
• Perform follow-through and after-sales coordination when needed

Qualifications

• College graduate or at least 2nd-year college level
• With or without experience in telemarketing or sales (training provided)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
• Can start ASAP
