• Drive Sales Growth: Execute targeted cold-calling strategies to generate new leads, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of successful experience in a telesales or outbound call centre environment is required.
• Education: You hold at least an SPM, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory.
• Tech-Savvy: You are highly computer literate and comfortable using CRM software and other office applications.
