A Telesales representative is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships through telephone communication. 

They contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services, address inquiries, and ultimately close sales deals. 



• Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products, services, and offers.
• Presenting products or services over the phone and answering customer questions.
• Providing excellent customer service and support.
• Working towards individual and team sales quotas.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
