  • Effectively invite and encourage delegates to register for events via phone calls and follow-up emails.
  • Respond to inquiries from leads and provide timely, accurate information about event details, registration, and benefits.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed attendees and maximizing revenue from delegate sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Manage follow-up activities, including sending reminder emails and making confirmation calls to ensure delegate attendance.
