Responsibilities:

1. Search, recruit, TikTok affiliates, influencers, or UGC creators.

2. Approve & coordinate sample deliveries.

3. Instruct creators with scripts, selling points & creative ideas.

4. Track affiliate's performance, & help to improve.

5. Stay touched with VIP affiliates in a long-term collaboration.

6. Report & share performance insights to the team and supervisor.

7. Assist video filming team to produce good contents.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer recruitment, or affiliate marketing.

2. College Graduate, any course will do.

3. Warm & pleasing personality.

4. Excellent English communication.

5. Strong grasp of TikTok trends and topics.

6. Organized, proactive with great follow-through.
