Senior Affiliate Program Lead

• Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and execute roadmaps for program expansion into new audiences and product categories.
• Identify, recruit, activate, and nurture relationships with a portfolio of high-potential affiliate partners.
• Negotiate complex deals, including commission structures, promotional terms and custom integration with top-tier partners.
• Provide regular performances reports and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

• At least 3 to 5 years experience in affiliates or performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify trends and derive actionable insights to optimize program or ROI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platform, web analytics tools and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating agreements, building strong relationships and managing complex partnerships.
